 台灣學校為宏揚台灣傳統文化並提倡音樂美化人生為目的,特別邀請美麗音樂博士 帶領指導,非常歡迎已經並正學習各項弦樂器的小朋友一起來參加學習和同樂.  這是台灣學校繼鼓隊後準備成立另一項以台灣歌謠展現台灣文化的活動. 希望各界能支持和指導.

時間: 依台灣學校行事曆, 學校下課後 5:30~6:30pm

地點: 4187 Pleasant Hill Rd., Duluth GA 30096

資格: 5年級以上的學生或是學習該項弦樂器兩年以上   

費用: 台灣學校2012年度已註冊學生免費, 他校學生酌收$50.- 但該費用可抵台灣學校2012年度註冊費.

P.S. 場地和指導老師時間有限, 所以錄取人數將有名額限制, 請欲參加者儘速報名.  TSG將會通知甄試時間.

 
The 2012 TSOGA Juvenile Taiwanese Ballad Stringed Orchestra is accepting application now.
To exalt traditional Taiwanese culture and to promote the music beautify life, we welcome all the kids who is learning stringed instrument to join us.

When: After TSOGA class, 5:30-6:30pm

Where: 4187 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096

Eligibility: 5th grade and above or 2 years experience with stringed instruments

Fee: Free for TSOGA students, $50 if not.

Seats are limited, please hurry.  Audition time will be announced.

We hope that you all had spent a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends. Our school is now entering to its second semester. Without you, TSG won't be able to make a lot of outstanding achievements in a short span of time. Let's work together again to make TSG more mature and prosper.

School will start on January 7, 2012. Preview is welcome & free for all classes. TSG will also give you 10% tuition discount for referral.

 今年亞特蘭大台灣同鄉會中秋節”台灣夜市”已經是連續第五年舉辦，台灣學校的夜市路邊攤陣容的是其中最精彩和最受歡迎的主力。中秋夜市擺攤販賣各種台灣小吃的活動是從2007年的中秋節，由當時的同鄉會創始,利用私人倉庫旁邊的停車場,規劃有小吃攤位,兒童遊戲的區域,燈光音響卡拉OK和舞台的設計，每年在這短短的幾個小時吸引了幾百位慕名而來的鄉親和不同族裔的人潮，去年更有喬州州長候選人Mr. Nathan Deal專程來此拜訪及和鄉親們同樂，可見台灣夜市的活動也成為推廣台灣文化的重要活動之一。

台灣學校鼓隊應邀參加2011 Atlanta Dogwood Festival國際舞台表演, 駐亞特蘭大台北經濟文化辦事處處長高安前來加油打氣
本校鼓隊受邀參加4/15/2011到4/17/2011在亞特蘭大市Piedmont Park舉辦的Atlanta Dogwood Festival。這是美國東南區規模最大的園遊會，此活動已有七十多年的歷史，除了第二次世界大戰期間在1941年停辦一次外，每年都在dogwood開花期間於市內各地盛大的舉辦不同形式的慶祝活動，近十年來除了三年前因天候乾旱，改到Lenox Square舉辨之外，每年均在市區的Piedmont Park舉行。
